Vrindavan: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, yoga camps were organized by BJP Vrindavan city at every Shakti Kendra. In this series, a yoga camp was also organized in the local Gandhi Park under the joint aegis of SM Yoga Research Institute and Bharatiya Janata Party. Mathura-Vrindavan MLA Shrikant Sharma was also present in the programme.
In the program, MLA Shrikant Sharma said, Yoga is a very important and precious gift given by nature to man since ancient times, which keeps man connected with nature throughout his life. It is the best practice to combine these two, to establish harmony between body and mind. It bestows a person with a high level of sensitivity through control over all dimensions, such as physical, mental, social and intellectual. In school and college, daily practice of yoga is promoted for the betterment of students as well as to increase their concentration on studies.
BJP Vrindavan President P. Vineet Sharma said that, to get benefit from all the asanas of yoga, safe and regular practice is required. The practice of yoga is to bring about spiritual progress through self-development in the body and mind by controlling the internal energy. During yoga, the most important thing is to take and release oxygen in the breathing process.
International Yogguru Dr. Balamukund said that practicing yoga in daily life saves us from many diseases as well as dreadful diseases; For example, it protects against cancer, diabetes, high and low blood pressure, heart disease, kidney failure, liver failure, throat problems and many other mental diseases.
General Secretary Jitendra Varshney Ronu said that Yoga camps have been organized at 10 Shakti Kendras in Vrindavan city and all booth committees have participated in this event. At the end of the program, General Secretary Pran Ballabh Dubey thanked all the visitors who came to the camp.
