Students who complete our 200 hours International Yoga Teacher Training Course will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.

The International Yoga Teacher Training Course 200-hours is a complete training program in which you will practice different levels of asana and develop higher awareness, deeper realization, and peace within you. The course endows an extensive and deeper set of skills and insights to proceed with your practice and teaching towards perfection.
In this Program, you will learn a basic range of Yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, consciousness. It will cover basic principles of Yoga alignment, and will teach the physical and mental benefits of Yoga.
Overall, it is an exhaustive guide for Yoga teachers want to start their knowledge and experience. The knowledge you will gain during this program will boost your confidence in handling classes and students; you will feel inspired and motivated.
