S M Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS®) with Yoga Alliance.
Students who complete our 200 hours International Yoga Teacher Training Course will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.

The Program we have designed intends to promote the practice and teaching of Yoga following the ancient tradition, primarily the classical Yoga of Maharishi Patanjali, Maharishi Gherendra, Swatmaram Suri (Hatha Yoga) and the Guru Gorakhnath, etc. 

The International Yoga Teacher Training Course 200-hours is a complete training program in which you will practice different levels of asana and develop higher awareness, deeper realization, and peace within you. The course endows an extensive and deeper set of skills and insights to proceed with your practice and teaching towards perfection.

In this Program, you will learn a basic range of Yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, consciousness. It will cover basic principles of Yoga alignment, and will teach the physical and mental benefits of Yoga.
